Good to know

All our DVDs are in region code 2, PAL format, unless stated otherwise! However, the bonus DVDs included on some of the CDs are usually region code 0.

We won't return money if your DVD player doesn't support the disc. Please read the manual of your player before ordering. If you're unsure, just send email to helpdesk@recordshopx.com and ask about it!

Terms of delivery

When you place your order before 16:00 (4 PM Finnish time, UTC+2), you will get the package the next day. When you order products that haven't been released, yet, you will get the package in the release day!

All the products on our web pages should be available for sending immediately. Sometimes we run out of some products temporarily, though, but in those cases we will contact you and ask you how we should handle the situation. So, give your email address and/or phone number with your order. It will only be used for information about your order.

As all our shops are in Finland, the deliveries abroad take a longer time. We send all the packages in Priority mail, and the Finnish Post gives the following estimates of the delivery times:

  • Nordic countries 2-4 workdays
  • Rest of Europe 3-10 workdays
  • Rest of the world 5-10 workdays

We ship to most countries. If you don't find yours, you can always ask us if it's a mistake only.

We send LPs (vinyls) and hooded sweatshirts outside Finland, too!

The prices of the products are only for the internet sales. The prices on our stores may differ from them.

If you're under 18, please ask your parent's or guardian's permission before ordering!

Methods of payment

1. PayPal: starting with 2,50€ / delivery

2. Credit cards and bank payment: 2,50 € (4,90 € for LP's and sweatshirts) / delivery

When you pay with the credit cards or the bank systems we support, we will always send the CDs and DVDs straight to your home. LPs and boxes (both for Finnish orders only) have to be fetched from your local post office. You can use the following credit cards and bank payments:

  • MasterCard
  • Visa
  • Nordea Solo (a Finnish bank)
  • Osuuspankki (a Finnish bank)
  • Sampo (a Finnish bank)
  • SP/POP (a Finnish bank)
  • Handelsbanken (a Finnish bank)
  • Sp/Pop (a Finnish bank)

3. Cash On Delivery: 4,90 € (6,90 € for LP's and sweatshirts) / delivery (Finland only)

When you use C.O.D., we will send a tracking code to your email address, if provided. You can use the code for claiming the package from the post office. That way you don't have to wait for the post to send you the address card. If you don't have or provide us with your email address, you will have to wait for the address card to arrive. You can also use the tracking code for following the package's location and route at www.posti.fi.

We cannot send C.O.D. orders outside Finland. You must either pay with PayPal or the bank payments.

Security

Record Shop X stores only the registration or order information that you give us on these pages. Our system doesn't process, see or store any credit card information, PayPal passwords or bank account keys.

The information you give us on the web pages will never be given to any third party. Record Shop X may occasionally (about twice a year) send you preferred customer email, but only if you've allowed us to do it.

The system requires you to allow it to set and read cookies. The cookies are used only for maintaining the shopping basket and login information. They won't be used for any other supervision.
